한국냉동공조시공관리협회, 공익법인(지정기부금 단체) 지정
(사)한국냉동공조시공관리협회가 기부금을 기탁받을 수 있는 공익법인(구 ‘지정기부금단체’)으로 지정됐다.
협회는 기획재정부 고시 제2021-13호에 의해 2021년 1월부터 2023년 12월까지 3년간 공익 목적 기부금을 기탁받는 공익법인으로 지정됐다고 최근 밝혔다.
공익법인(지정기부금단체)은 공익적인 활동과 모금액 및 활용실적 공개 등 일정한 요건을 갖춘 단체가 주무관청의 추천을 받아 기획재정부로부터 승인받는 것으로, 이 단체에 기부금을 낸 개인이나 법인이 해당 기부금을 손비(필요경비) 처리하거나 세액공제를 통해 소득세 및 법인세 감면을 받을 수 있다.
