제1장 총칙
제1조(목적) 이 법은 에너지의 수급(수급)을 안정시키고 에너지의 합리적이고 효율적인 이용을 증진하며 에너지소비로 인한 환경피해를 줄임으로써 국민경제의 건전한 발전 및 국민복지의 증진과 지구온난화의 최소화에 이바지함을 목적으로 한다.
